Qualifications:
We look at several important criteria when qualifying a GRID Leader. Individuals seeking application should meet at least one of the following criteria:
A minimum of 3 years of proven, successful experience in any aspect of medical sales, including: orthopedics, medical equipment, x, and x within the past 5 years.
A minimum of 50% of your closed transactions in the past 12 months are medical sales.
Completed 5 or more medical sales deals in the past 24 months.
*Must provide proof of closed transactions.
Other qualifications include:
Possess a track record of integrity-driven behavior in business ventures.
Maintain a visible and reputable presence on social media to demonstrate the ability to engage virtually with your chapter’s members.
Be an existing power networker or willing to rapidly expand your connections.
Be willing to adhere to a culture focused on high quality training and inclusive networking.
Be team-oriented and focused on contribution.
Be willing to a minimum 1-year timeframe to build and nurture your tribe.

Steps to become a Lobby Chapter Leader:
The process for becoming a Lobby Chapter Leader is simple. In order to attract and retain the BEST in each market, we handle each leadership decision with care.
STEP 1: Application
Once you possess a firm grasp of The Lobby Network and our approach and are ready to move forward, we will ask you to complete a no-obligation application. Each individual requesting affiliation must provide an application.
STEP 2: Virtual Interview
We will review your application in detail. If your experience meets our requirements and you appear to be a match for Chapter leadership (your location must be eligible for a new Chapter), we will schedule a virtual interview with you. All potential leaders must be present on the call.
STEP 3: Agreement
If all parties agree we’re a good fit, we will prepare a Lobby Leader Agreement for you to complete along with a billing authorization link and requested items. Once your information is your initiation fee + first month dues are processed, you will immediately begin on-boarding as a new Lobby Leader in our network (which includes immediate access to training, resources, and planning assistance for your launch event).
