Kelsey’s professional journey, She had the opportunity to take on leadership roles starting at the very young age of 19. She owned a boutique and ran a community for 6+ years. Then she worked in leadership/management roles in the corporate world. She also had a fitness, nutrition, and mindset community for 3 years. This has enriched her understanding of effective community/team dynamics. Guiding a community/team toward shared goals has been more than just a responsibility; it's been a journey of learning and growth. She believes that leadership is not solely about authority but rather a commitment to empowering others, fostering innovation, and cultivating a shared vision. As she continues on her professional path, she’s excited about the prospect of applying and expanding upon the valuable lessons she has gained, contributing to the success and cohesion of future teams and projects.
