Kylie Cicero is an occupational therapist with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their highest level of independence and wellness. She earned her master's degree from NSU and has since become a driving force in healthcare innovation and community advocacy.
With a diverse background spanning over 5 years in clinical practice across multiple settings, Kylie has honed her expertise in working with diverse patient populations. Her commitment to patient-centered care is evident in her roles as a Sales Lead and Clinical Manager at Harmonic Bionics, where she merges her clinical knowledge with innovative technologies to enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
In addition to her clinical work, Kylie is a Co-founder of Collective Coaching, a platform dedicated to professional development for OTs, PTs and SLPs. She leverages her experience to guide individuals toward realizing their full potential. She is also the founder of the Austin Non-Clinical Networking group, fostering connections and collaboration among healthcare professionals seeking alternative career paths.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Kylie is an avid investor in Airbnb properties. Lover of the outdoors and all that the amazing city of Austin has to offer.
Throughout her career, Kylie has remained a steadfast advocate for patient independence and health literacy. Her dedication to empowering others and driving positive change exemplifies her commitment to creating a healthier and more inclusive society.
