Ty Snow
Lobby Scottsdale Chapter Leader
Current Job: Area Sales Manager
Current location: Mesa, AZ
Ty got his official start in sales in the copier world. His father was in sales and he knew from a young age that he wanted to be in sales. He spent about 10 years in the corporate American world of copiers leading teams ranging in size and geographic assignments from as little as 6 people to as many as 25 in several states. He then left and got into healthcare sales and jumped right in managing 3 states 12 sales reps and 28 admin and field workers providing home health care services. Then he left and jumped into the hospital arena selling capital equipment to providers and large hospital networks. Most of the selling time in this role was in the operating room and he was responsible for his quota and also for managing a team of 6 reps covering several states in the west. After a couple of years of the best income of his life, He decided that he needed to find a different environment because the outcome of the procedures just got to be too dismal for him to remain positive. (This is GI space and detecting cancer.) Then he got into the aesthetic space as an individual contributor role. He quickly got a grasp on how things worked in the cash pay world and started crushing it. He got promoted to a mid-level manager while still selling. Covid hit and ended. He is currently in a role as individual contributor role while mentoring reps in different states.
Sharing the knowledge that he gained during his career and also learning from others. When he was first starting in sales these tools were not available and he struggled to get things lined up and going. he truly enjoys working with people, helping get their careers jumped started, and watching the success come from the time he spent with them.
His goals are to start branching out and start a coaching/mentoring program on the side (He's not ready to give up the art of sales). He's hoping that he can gain knowledge from other top performers across the US and learn from the best. He learned a lot from the time that he has spent with Mike Okelly and Erik Grahovac and has a lot of respect for these two and the knowledge they have.
He is excited to be leading The Lobby Network in Scottsdale and can’t wait to network with all of you!
