As a mentor, this is an opportunity to give back and help a new medical sales rep navigate their early stages in the industry.

A core part of our mission at The Lobby is to provide resources and programs geared toward advancing the career of medical sales reps.

With that in mind, we designed The Lobby Mentorship Program 2023—an exclusive, 12 month long peer-to-peer opportunity for individuals early in their careers to be partnered with an experienced sales rep to help navigate those difficult early years in the industry.

This unique 1:1 experience also offers tenured sales reps the opportunity to give back and help the next generation of sales reps. 

FAQ’s

  • Once we receive all submissions, we will match you with a mentor/mentee. The program will kick off in February 2023 and run through Dec 2023. The expectation is that you connect with your mentor for at least 30 minutes once a month throughout the year. Feel free to connect more often or talk for longer!

  • The program will be virtual and done through phone calls, unless your mentor decides to incorporate a zoom call. This means that your partner could potentially be located in a different region of the US.

  • The minimum commitment we ask is that you connect with your mentor once a month for 30 minutes.

  • The 2023 Lobby Mentorship Program runs through the year and ends Dec.30th, 2023.

    The 2024 Lobby Mentorship will begin on Jan 1st, 2024.
