Personal Responsibility with Alcohol

Consumption of alcohol at events is optional and a personal decision. By attending The Lobby event, I agree that any alcoholic beverages I consume are my own choice and responsibility. I agree to drink responsibility and heed suggestions from others and will not drive if I am intoxicated. I acknowledge that I alone am responsible for all of my actions resulting from consuming alcohol and The Lobby is in no way responsible.

The Lobby is strictly the host of networking events and we hold these events at venues that may or may not sell alcohol. Attendees understand that the use, consumption, and sale of alcohol are managed by the venue, the venue staff, and adhere to state and local laws and ordinances. The Lobby, from time-to-time, may or may not purchase food from the venue and provide it complimentary to event attendees. However, the Lobby and its representatives will NEVER purchase or provide alcohol to attendees. Alcohol sales are strictly between attendees and the venue. Additionally, at anytime the venue requests an attendee be removed from their premises, the Lobby will in no way interfere with their request or actions to remove said attendee. Any disputes arising from the attendee's removal are between the attendee and the venue.

Acknowledgement of Understanding: I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement consisting of the above paragraphs, fully understand its terms, and I understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue.
