How is this different from LinkedIn Recruiter or a general sourcing tool?

The Lobby is built only for medical sales. Our knowledge layer knows which divisions each company has, what they sell and which clinicians they call on, so you can search by call point instead of guessing from job titles. And you never pay per seat.

Where do the candidates come from?

From medical sales professionals and aspiring reps who have joined The Lobby and turned on recruiter visibility. Lobby members stay in control of what an employer can see.

What is a credit?

One credit reveals one person's email and phone. Searching, filtering and shortlisting never use a credit.

What does priority placement mean?

Among equally relevant results, your roles and your company page show first. It never pushes you past a better match for the rep who is searching.

How is that different from featured placement?

Featured placement comes with being a Lobby partner: your company is marked Featured employer and shown first on the Companies page. Priority placement is a Growth plan perk that decides the order among equally relevant search results.
