Account Manager Albuquerque

We are partnering with a growing healthcare organization to identify an Account Manager in the Albuquerque/El Paso marketplace responsible for managing, protecting, and growing an established customer base. This is a field-based role focused on building strong customer relationships, solving problems, and identifying opportunities for account growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Provide ongoing face-to-face customer support
• Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts
• Resolve customer needs and ensure a strong customer experience
• Partner closely with the Territory Manager to support territory growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ year of account management, B2B sales, customer support, or field-based client experience
• Healthcare experience is not required
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must reside within the territory

Compensation:

$50K–$60K base + $5K sign-on bonus + uncapped commission
