Using the site

Browsing jobs, reading company research and reading the lessons is free and needs no account. You do not have to agree to anything to look.

An account adds saved roles, a résumé, and the option to be visible to recruiters. You need to be 18 or over and give a real email address, because it is how we reach you about your own account.

Applying for a job

We are not the employer and we are not a recruiter for these roles. Every posting links out to the employer’s own site, and your application goes to them. We never receive it, never see it, and are not part of the hiring decision.

That also means we cannot tell you where an application stands. If a posting is filled, withdrawn or wrong, tell us and we will pull it, but the hiring itself is between you and the employer.

What we can and cannot promise about the listings

Every posting is read from an employer’s own careers page and re-checked nightly, and how the board is built explains exactly what that means. What we can promise is that we do not invent listings, do not repost roles under our own name, and do not accept payment for a place in the organic results.

What we cannot promise is that an employer’s own page was accurate when we read it. Salary, location and requirements come from the employer. If a posting and the employer’s site disagree, the employer’s site wins.

Your account and your data

You keep your own résumé and profile. We use them to match you to roles and to show you why a role matched. What an employer can see about you is answered in full on the privacy page, including the visibility switch and how to turn it off. That page is the authority; nothing here overrides it.

Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it by emailing hello@thelobbynetwork.com.

Recruiter accounts

A recruiter account is for hiring in medical sales. Candidate details you see here are for that purpose and no other: not for building a marketing list, not for selling on, and not for contacting someone who has not made themselves visible.

Things not to do

• Scrape or bulk-download the site.
• Create an account in someone else’s name.
• Use the site to send anyone unsolicited commercial mail.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.

If someone does one of these we will close the account. That is the whole enforcement mechanism.

The research on company pages

Company profiles are our own research, assembled from public sources and labelled with where each fact came from. They are informational. A missing field means we have not verified it, never that it does not exist. If something about your company is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Changes, and ending

If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we will say so rather than quietly reposting the page. You can stop using the site at any time, and we can close an account that breaks the rules above.
