How this board is built

Where the roles come from

Every posting is read from the employer’s own careers site or applicant tracking system: 183 of them, checked nightly. We link out to the employer to apply, and we never repost a role under our own name. Featured jobs are labelled as paid. Paid placement never outranks a better match.

That includes recruiting and search firms, deliberately. A large share of medical sales roles never reach a public careers page, and a board that indexed only manufacturers would quietly hide them. Firms are labelled as such on their profile so you always know who you would be applying through.

What counts as a medical sales role

A commercial role selling into healthcare: field sales, clinical specialists who carry a number, territory and regional management, account management, and the sales-leadership ladder above them.

Every posting is classified, and one that shows no positive evidence of being a commercial role is filtered out rather than left in on the chance it might be. Right now that removes 2,161 of 7,929 postings we hold. That is warehouse and manufacturing work, field service engineering, sterile processing, patient access coordination, and corporate functions that happen to sit inside a medical device company. The board shows the remaining 5,768.

We would rather show you a smaller board you can trust than a bigger one you have to filter yourself.

Duplicates

Each posting is keyed on the URL you would apply at, so the same role picked up twice is one row rather than two. There are currently no duplicate postings on the board.

One thing this does not merge: an employer that genuinely posts the same title in five cities has five real openings, and you will see five. That is the employer’s structure, not our double-counting.

How fresh this is

Every employer is re-checked nightly. The most recent check finished September 30, 2026 at 9:34 AM UTC, and 5,712 of the 5,768 live roles were confirmed still open in the last 36 hours.

Individual job pages show a Last checked date beside the posted date, because the two are different facts. A role posted three weeks ago that we confirmed this morning is not a stale listing. It is an opening that has been hard to fill.

When a posting disappears from an employer’s site we mark it closed rather than deleting it, so a role you were watching does not silently vanish.

What we don’t claim

This is not every medical sales job in the country. It is every role we can read from the sources we track, which is the claim we can actually stand behind. Where an employer publishes no location, no salary or no real description, we show the gap rather than filling it with a guess.

Company profiles follow the same rule: facts are shown only where they are verified against a named public source, and a missing field means we have not confirmed it, never that it does not exist. What an employer can see about you is a separate question, answered separately.
