That is why The Lobby exists. For the first time, medical sales has a community of its own, with the people, resources and insights to help you take every next step with confidence.
What started as an event has turned into a movement.
The Lobby began by hosting networking events. Medical sales reps gathering in a room after work, sharing what they knew and helping each other grow in their careers. No one had built a place just for reps, so we built one ourselves.
Those rooms grew into a national movement. Today The Lobby has hosted 200+ events in 30+ cities, from local chapter meetups and virtual sessions to our national conference, Elevate Sales Summit.
Along the way, we built the resources the industry needed. Career lessons from reps, leaders and recruiters. Insights on the companies hiring and what each company sells. Thousands of medical sales openings in one place.
And we are just getting started. We are building a home for every layer of medical sales, from the rep breaking in, to the leader building a team, to the companies looking for their next great hire. When reps grow, the whole industry grows.
I spent years in medical sales wishing there was a place built just for us. A room where reps could learn from each other, find their next opportunity and know someone was in their corner.
