About the Role:

The Associate Territory Manager will drive sales and promote innovative medical technology products in the Mid-Atlantic territory. You will work closely with healthcare providers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions to improve patient outcomes in the OR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Provide product education and demonstrations to clinicians and staff.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product offerings.
  • Track and report sales metrics and market feedback to management.
  • Participate in regional and national sales meetings and professional development activities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical technology environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales performance and market analysis.
  • Must have a clean 3-year Motor Vehicle Report.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience in sales promotion and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with medical technology or the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including an annual bonus, a company car or car reimbursement, health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
