About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you'll own your territory — finding and onboarding new clinics, building lasting relationships with providers, and serving as their go-to contact. This is a 1099 field-based, relationship-driven sales role for someone self-motivated who wants real ownership and uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Identify, prospect, and onboard new clinics and licensed providers in your territory
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with providers and their staff
• Present Stark Health's product portfolio and value to prospective accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact through first order and reorder
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Keep accurate records of your activity and pipeline

What We're Looking For

• Recommended : 1+ years of sales experience (medical, aesthetic, pharmaceutical, or wellness preferred)
• Proven track record of building relationships and hitting goals
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Existing relationships with medspas or clinics a plus
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel your territory
