Overview
AngioDynamics designs, manufactures and sells medical technologies that help clinicians treat cardiovascular disease and cancer. It reports two segments. Med Tech covers the Auryon atherectomy system, thrombus management (AlphaVac, AngioVac, Uni-Fuse) and NanoKnife. Med Device covers interventional devices, ports, vascular access, venous (VenaCure EVLT) and oncology products. In the U.S. it sells through a direct sales force to interventional radiologists, interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, urologists and oncologists; the two segments call on different specialists.
